Nanosilica Particulate Magnetic as Alternative Filler on Natural Rubber Composites with Human-Tissue-Like Mechanical Characteristic

There have been no reports of the simultaneous application natural fillers, such as magnetite and zeolites, to increase strength composites containing silica (SiO2) fillers reinforcing in rubber. This study has investigated effect magnetically modified zeolite on nanosilica-reinforced rubber that include a mechanical characteristic like human tissue. We use technical specifications (TSR) SIR 20 with nanosilica reinforced Titanate coupling agent (TCA) elastomer binders. The results showed nanosilica-zeolite-magnetite (Fe3O4) mixture had an influence stiffness could be substitute filler. precursors made some variations optimization filler volume fraction nanosilica. Mechanical characteristics different body part tissue were compared control samples similar internal characteristic. Based these results, combine zeolites titanate agents, potentially alternative replace carbon black, are applicable for synthetic muscle replacement cadavers customized formula.
